Temper Technology is looking for a technic focused Area Sales Manager with a strong sales perspective together with an eye for product development and for the right person there are great opportunities available.
As an Area Sales Manager at Temper Technology AB you will act as a key contact for customers and partners on a global market and be involved and lead technical and commercial discussions with them. You will independently be responsible for sales and marketing within the countries you are responsible for, which involves travelling and active market development (intense customer contact through visits but also by phone, e-mail). The job includes to participate and/or lead various projects both internally and externally with customer and/or partners. You will also give basic technical support to customers and partners; therefore, a technical interest and understanding will be highly favorably.
Most of the customer contact will be in English but as many customers speak other languages, knowledge within other languages will be considered as beneficial. As the core business is based within the chemistry field, we are favoring a technical/chemistry, academic background.
The job also involves development of market strategies, market pricing, providing customers with quotations, project and product development.
We believe you have/are:
- Experienced within salesTechnical interested
- Result oriented and quality driven with ability to plan and execute accordingly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experienced from working with projects
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English language
Temper Technology AB produce and market environmentally adapted heat transfer fluids within heating and cooling and antifreeze for fire protection, within key markets. The products are sold through our distribution network with close contact with our distributors and a large part of the sales is project based. The office is located near “Stigs center” north of Gothenburg with the production site close by. As the team work closely together it is essential to find a flexible, ambitious and technical person for this role in our company.
